Exceptionally good restaurant with lovingly prepared, very high quality food and friendly staff. Reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant is often full. Due to the fresh and loving preparation, you should bring some time with you, definitely not fast food. We recommend.

This restaurant has a friendly and accommodating atmosphere. The kitchen is excellent and the dishes on offer are just great, highly recommended.

Fantastic, fresh, modern, Bavarian cuisine! Boss stands alone in the kitchen and always cooks everything fresh! Unfortunately we were so full after starters and main courses that we couldn't manage a dessert. Next time then! Service was also impeccable and super friendly! We recommend. ☺️

Nice restaurant in a super cute town. Definitely call to reserve beforehand!! Daily menu option was good. Fresh and tasty modern Bavarian cuisine. You can take a walk in the town afterwards it's a very charming village.

Great food, very nice staff - highly recommended. We had three kinds of beef and three kinds of fish, previously baked goat cheese with herb pesto and chervil foam soup, all very good and delicious.

The great restaurant. Excellent value for money. Food ingredients are super fresh. The cuisine is modern in taste and servings. Be patient while waiting your food as it takes some time because it seems that all dishes are prepared by the chef. Overall we had great experience.

Excellent food with very nice service. Only the location seemed a bit too cool for me. However, since the food tasted so good, the restaurant still deserves 5 stars. However, as others see it that way, reservations should be made.

A pleasure to the palate hideaway in open view. Perfection touches all aspects of this quaint spot with point on meals on the daily menu and specials that you'll wish were a regular item; so don't shy away nor tune out the staff when the cover them. Whether you're on date night or a small group of friends, reserve a table and prepare for some great courses.

A small nice restaurant where should be reserved. I would definitely recommend the beef on the map, this comes from the farm's own farm and belongs to the network of mountain farmers, as we have learned from the very friendly waitress. I had eaten one of the best entrecote ever there, which had no sauce or seasoning needed .. A big compliment to the cook, keep it up

Space is limited in the restaurant so it is necessary to book in advance. Good (limited) choice of wines . Opportunity to have 'the day menu' which is excellent. Friendly and attentive service. The food has a higher quality compared to other restaurants.

A very ambitious brandname lacking matching ambitious service. Waited pasta from the main menu for about an hour... While the staff was smiling and didn’t say a word. I believe you should at least say “sorry it will take a while”. Dishes from their special “Tapas” menu also arrived in 40-45 minutes barely warm. The food was good but can’t say it was something very special. Pasta was really drowning in oil. Maybe we were just unlucky...

The taste is good, but somehow PASTA here means DUMPLING instead of NOODLE. And the price is a little bit expensive.

Absolutely Delicious! I went to this restaurant because of the reviews, and they were on point. The service was excellent, the atmosphere nice , cozy and modern, and the food was very well presented and incredibly delicious. In a town that boasts of it's traditional Bavarian food, this was a breath of fresh air, as it's menu is modern German. If you are in town, this is a must go place. Make sure to make a reservation because it's small and it will get full.

They accommodated us without a reservation. Gnocchi and pasta were winners. Semolina dessert was a tasty finish to the meal.

Great experience! We had a wonderful time there. Reserved the table beforehand (email), we had no problem with parking alongside at arrival. All dishes, from starters till the main course were delicious. We really liked the service and don't be afraid to speak only English (even bad one). This is a must visit place if you are staying in Ettall or nearby even for one night.

Very friendly service and quality food and presentation. White asparagus soup was delicious, along with the fish (three different kinds) dish.
